Registration Agents Meeting 2025

Thank you for your interest in attending the ShibataFenderTeam Agents Event that will take place October 6–8, in Valencia, Spain.

We kindly ask you to fill out the registration form below to assist us in finalizing the logistics of the event and ensuring all bookings are tailored to your needs. Please provide this information by April 30^th at the latest.

Event Venue.

The event’s central hub will be at Hotel Las Arenas Balneario (a 30 min. taxi ride from Valencia International Airport). We will cover accommodation and local expenses during the official meeting (October 6–8); airfare will remain at your expense.

Important. If you wish to extend your stay, please note that the days following the event fall within a high-demand period and availability is already very limited — we therefore recommend considering the extra nights before the event. We will be happy to arrange any extra requests at Hotel Las Arenas subject to availability. Any additional costs will be at your expense and cancellations or changes within 1 month of the event may incur a fee.
